Trade/Supply Chain Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, you will design, manage, and enable scalable finance solutions that support capital-efficient trading operations. You will act as the connective link between business operations, risk, and finance, ensuring the company’s trade flows are executed smoothly, compliantly, and with optimal working capital efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone with strong execution discipline, a solution-oriented mindset, and experience across trade finance, supply chain finance, or corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure, design, and manage supply chain financing and trade finance solutions
• Oversee working capital programs, including liquidity optimization and forecasting
• Manage credit risk, counterparty exposure, and collateral requirements
• Maintain strong compliance and internal control frameworks
• Oversee the smooth execution of end-to-end trade finance flows
• Coordinate and improve internal and external financial processes
• Manage interactions with banks and strengthen relationships with key financial institutions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Corporate Finance, particularly within structured financing, working capital solutions, or treasury operations
• Strong financial analysis and risk management capabilities, including assessment of creditworthiness, counterparty exposure, and transactional risk within complex trade cycles
• Established banking and financial institution network, with demonstrated ability to manage and deepen external financing partnerships
• Background supporting commodity or industrial trading operations, with a clear understanding of trade flows, logistics, and operational financing
• Excellent collaboration and people management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across operations, finance, and stakeholders
• Operational or technology/fintech savviness, comfortable navigating trading systems, finance platforms, or digital supply chain tools
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and growth mindset, with genuine hunger to help build a high‑performance, mission-driven company culture
• Solution-oriented approach, able to navigate ambiguity, design structures, and optimize processes independently
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, with the ability to interface confidently with regional stakeholders and banking partners
