Principal Accountabilities:

• Deliver engaging product, sales, and service training for retail partners and internal teams
• Support the development and localization of training materials and tools
• Conduct store visits and field coaching to assess training effectiveness and product knowledge
• Partner with Brand and Sales teams to support product launches and campaigns
• Organize and support training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
• Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve training quality

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 1+ year of relevant experience in training, retail training, or sales training
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or premium retail is an advantage
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good understanding of retail operations and frontline staff engagement
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in Cantonese; good command of English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Willing to travel locally for store visits and training

* Candidate with more experience will be considered as Training Manager.
