Job Description - Training Supervisor/ Trainer (Retail)
Responsibilities
Plan, develop and deliver training such as KPI, sales, products, on boarding, customer excellence, etc. for both new join and existing staff to ensure internal and external satisfaction
Manage full spectrum of training activities, including field coaching, best practices, initiate process of improvement and ideas to enhance customer experience
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through solid analysis, and evaluation
Update and enhance the SOPs to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience
Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, customer behavior to seek opportunities to improve current customer and product experience
Assist Retail team to manage daily store operations, store- related planning and arrangement
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in lingerie or fashion retail industry
Minimum 3 years in retail training
Detail minded, good coordination and organizational skills
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
