Transaction services role in China

My client is looking for transaction services candidates at senior associate and manager level in China / Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

1. Provide financial due diligence and transaction-related services
2. Analyse intricate issues and develop solutions
3. Analyse financial/ operational results of companies through review of operational accounting records and interviews with management
4. Assess quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows
5. Resolve issues in technical accounting areas
6. Prepare proposals / presentations materials for pitching and/or prepare tender documents including drafting the respective scope of work and estimating the cost of the service

Requirements

1. Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance/ Business from a reputable university local or overseas,
2. Master’s degree in Finance or Professional qualifications
3. Fluent English and Chinese language skill
4. Audit or financial due diligence experience in accounting firm
