Transformation (Global Markets/Capital Markets)

My client is seeking a Transformation Manager/Senior Manager to support strategic initiatives across their Global Markets and Capital Markets business. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of front-to-back trading operations, technology transformation, and regulatory-driven change, particularly within equities, fixed income, currencies, or derivatives.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in executing transformation programs focused on improving processes and client experiences.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and support project implementation.
3. Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for leveraging technology to optimize operations.

Requirements

1. Experience in global markets, capital markets, or markets-facing transformation projects.
2. Consultancy background preferred or specialist transformation consultancy
3. Familiarity with technology platforms such as Bloomberg AIM/TOMS, Charles River IMS, Murex, Calypso, or Bloomberg VCON is highly desirable.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and articulate trade flows, lifecycle events, and exception handling.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building effective working relationships with trading, operations, and technology stakeholders.
6. A proactive, "doer" attitude with a strong commitment to delivering results.
