My client is seeking a Transformation Specialist to join a leading consulting firm, focusing on strategic initiatives within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years of experience in insurance transformation, with a strong emphasis on operations, claims, and broader transformation initiatives across global and regional insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within insurance organizations.
• Collaborate with clients to assess current operational frameworks and identify areas for strategic improvement, particularly in claims processing and other operational areas.
• Design and implement transformation strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
• Monitor project progress, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.

Requirements:

• ~ 12 to 15 years of experience in insurance transformation, with a focus on operations and claims management.
• A background in consulting, supplemented by experience in the insurance industry to provide a well-rounded perspective.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex operational frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
