Transformation (Insurance)

My client is seeking a Transformation Manager / Senior Manager to join a leading consulting firm and lead transformation programs for clients in the Insurance industry. In this role, he/she will own end-to-end delivery governance, driving tangible outcomes across business process, technology enablement, and operating model change. The individual will manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality execution aligned to scope, timeline, and value objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and support transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within insurance organizations.
2. Collaborate with clients to assess current operational frameworks and identify areas for strategic improvement, particularly in claims processing and other operational areas.
3. Lead planning, execution, and governance of insurance-focused transformation programs.
4. Translate client needs into scalable program workplans, delivery roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

1. 4-9 years of experience in insurance transformation
2. A background in consulting, supplemented by experience in the insurance industry to provide a well-rounded perspective.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex operational frameworks.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
