My client is seeking a Transformation Specialist to support strategic initiatives across various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of business operations and technology transformation, particularly within the wealth management and private banking sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing transformation programs focused on improving processes and client experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and support project implementation.
• Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for leveraging technology to optimize operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in wealth management, private banking, or technology transformation projects.
• Familiarity with technology platforms such as Avaloq and Aladdin Wealth is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and articulate business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on creating effective working relationships.
• A proactive, “doer” attitude with a strong commitment to delivering results.
