The Program

DBS Treasures offers comprehensive wealth management services through professional Relationship Managers and servicing staff. The Treasures Elite program is a fast-track program to groom you into wealth management professionals. This program offers immersive and comprehensive training. You'll acquire extensive knowledge of financial products, insights into financial market dynamics, and develop strong client advisory skill sets. By leveraging DBS's AI features, you will unlock numerous business opportunities. Upon completion, you can become a proficient Wealth Management talent, launching a rewarding career in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Promotion of Financial Planning Services and Wealth Management Products
• Relationship Building and Account Servicing
• Customer Experience Management
• Adhere to bank's policies, audit and compliance Control
• Work with working partners to ensure that all objectives of the team are met

Requirements

• University fresh graduates
• Eager to learn and self-driven
• Proactive, outgoing with a positive attitude
• Customer-focused and a good team player
• Strong understanding of Tech & AI capabilities and practical use cases
• Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Holder of insurance or investment license preferred but not a must

The program starts Aug 2026 on full time basis.
