Treasury Manager, Listed Company

A listed company is seeking an treasury manager for its overseas business. Experience in global funding and FX management would be highly desired.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Group’s treasury function, daily in-house treasury operations, cash flow management, funding arrangement, budgeting and liquidity risk management;
2. Participate in setting up and the annual update of Group’s treasury related policies, guidelines, procedures and manuals;
3. Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments;
4. Prepare treasury reports for management review, analyze various scenarios and risks, and report to management;
5. Participate in ad hoc projects and strategic plans in relation to Group treasury.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in finance, economics, accounting, or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 4 years of treasury working experience;
3. Knowledge of financial instrument and treasury investment products;
4. Independent, stable and self-motivated;
5. Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
