RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Consultant at Capco, you will be given a platform to drive and nurture your skills and knowledge in the capital markets space. We believe in continuous learning and have developed an environment where our consultants can gain a wide range of project and client exposure. This exposure plus our internal training program will equip you with the skills needed to be successful in consulting and, most likely, fast track your career growth. You will work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading investment banks and play an integral role in defining and overcoming complex problems and providing innovative solutions to our clients.

Position Overview

We are seeking exceptional talent with a strong background in UI/UX design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and delivering outstanding digital experiences. Proficiency in Figma is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging designs.


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma.


• Ensure consistency in design systems and visual language across platforms.


• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.


• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.


• Communicate project progress and design rationale to senior management.

Skills and Expertise

• Minimum 3 year of experience in UI/UX design or a related role. Experience within financial services or consulting is a must. 


• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration.


• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect designs.


• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.


• Knowledge of agile methodologies is an advantage.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


• Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.
