US investment bank-Cash Equity Sales (US & Europe market)

Our client is an US investment bank with strong relationship with institutional clients. They are looking for a seasoned and talented Equity Sales professionals to join their Front Office desk to expand the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and other financial institutions
• Understand client investment objectives, risk profiles, and trading strategies to recommend appropriate equity products and execution strategies
• Monitor real-time market data and news to identify potential trading ideas and market opportunities
• Effectively communicate complex market information, research, and trade recommendations to clients
• Collaborate closely with the trading desk to execute client orders efficiently and at optimal pricing
• Provide timely and accurate post-trade reporting and follow-up with clients
• Contribute to the development of new equity products, services, and sales strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, internal policies, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in equity sales, trading, or institutional brokerage
• Welcome for buy-side candidates (i.e. Investor Relations background)
• Proven track record of building new business relationship
• Existing holder or eligible to be a SFC License Rep under SFC regulated activities for Type 1&4
• Proficient in financial modeling, order management systems, and trading platforms
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
