About Our Client

This opportunity is with a well-established, medium-sized organization in the financial services sector.

Job Description

As a USD Investor Relations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Lead the development and operation of the investor relations (IR) middle-office platform.
Optimize LP term structures, accurately capture core cooperation priorities, safeguard the interests of both the company and LPs, and facilitate efficient deal execution.
Lead the full lifecycle of due diligence for prospective and existing LPs.
Handle ongoing communication with LPs by establishing a regular dialogue mechanism.
Work closely with Finance, Investment, Legal, HR, and other departments to align IR activities with core business operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful USD Investor Relations Manager should have:

8+ years of experience in investor relations, LP management, fundraising support, or related financial management roles within USD-denominated funds. At least 3 years must be in IR management.
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, International Relations, or related fields.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, FRM are preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; capable of handling cross-border communication and international LP interactions.
