Role Overview:
The Vice President / Associate, Equity Sales will support the sales team by managing client onboarding, preparing market insights, monitoring market activities, and coordinating sales activities. This role is essential in ensuring seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in equity sales support or client servicing
• Strong interest in Hong Kong and China equity markets
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including account opening and documentation, ensuring compliance
• Prepare client reports, presentation materials, and market insights to support sales activities
• Monitor market activities and generate regular sales performance updates
• Coordinate with clients regarding sales meetings and marketing events
• Collaborate with trading, research, compliance, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records and databases
