What you’ll be doing?

• Responsible for social media content concept and production (campaigns, BAU posts)
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Manage external digital and social media agencies for project management, content updates, quality control, adherence to brand guidelines, timelines etc
• Monitor and moderate user comments on social media
• Prevent and respond to social media crisis through the use of monitoring tools
• Take lead in production of leadership thought and CSR feature stories
• Evaluate potential of new social media channels and initiatives for the bank
• Manage internal risk processes with respect to social media activities
• Possibility to work with influencers
• Provide guidance for website and social media management to other BUs, councils and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the website aligns with the bank's branding and Group objectives
• Lead and manage website projects, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to guidelines and quality standards
• Maintain and update all relevant policies, guidelines and processes relevant to social media, website and digital assets
• Manage the team and ensure the deliverables

Who are we looking for? 

• Experienced Social media savvy user with solid work experience, in terms of how various social platforms work, knowledge about analytics, etc.
• Experience in content production, and use data insights to make logical recommendations around content design
• Solid people management experience 
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics.
• Self-starter who takes the initiative, collaborative team player, excellent communication skill
• Intermediate knowledge on website architecture, maintenance (front & backend) and usage of CMS.
• Good command of English, frequently work with regional offices
• Experience in social/digital agency, multimedia production, SEO & SEM strategies is a bonus
