Vice President, Corporate Finance & Performance Management

Founded in 1948, Chong Hing Bank is a well-established commercial bank in Hong Kong with a network of more than 40 branches and sub-branches. The Bank became a member of Yuexiu Group, one of the largest state-owned enterprises in Guangzhou, in 2014. In recent years, the Bank has been actively expanding its business in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Divisions and assist in setting strategies, budgets and scorecards to drive revenue growth riding on economic change and regulatory reforms
• Analyze business segment performance, formulate forecasts & annual budget and KPI performance tracking
• Prepare bank performance reports and presentations decks for senior management review
• Assist with Expense Control Committee (ECC) to perform cost control and prepare cost related reports and analysis

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in banking industry. Exposure in MI analysis and management reporting is an advantage
• A good team player with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua 
• Conversant with MS Office applications, preferably with knowledge of VBA
