Vice President - FIC Product Development

Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for project delivery for FIC product development
- Responsible for project development cycle management including exchange and OTCC products.
- Manage end to end delivery in coordination with project contributors in accordance to firm's project management policy.
- Design and optimize the process and workflow for existing project approval process and identify issues and find solutions for them.
- Manage the stakeholders within the team and across departments, also with regulators to manage delivery expectations.

Job Requirements

-10+ years of project management experience at a financial services organization
- Good knowledge in product delivery, operation process, IT delivery, stakeholder management in project management life cycles.
- Good understanding of securities services business, sales and trading, prime services and clearing business.
- Good communication skills
