Vice President, Investor Relations – Leading Global Hospitality Group (Bangkok based - Expat package included)

Company Overview:
Our client is a leading global hospitality and lifestyle group with a strong international footprint and a reputation for excellence. They are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Investor Relations to join their Bangkok-based team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s investment story and engagement with the global investment community. Candidate currently based out of Thailand with international exposure are welcome.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Craft and articulate the company’s investment narrative for analysts and investors.
Prepare investor-related materials, including presentations, press releases, and reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts, investors, and stock exchange representatives.
Provide senior management with insights from the investment community and advise on strategic IR matters.
Oversee investor database management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills in English.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and lead strategic initiatives.
Willingness to travel as required.
