Vice President, IPO Execution

Responsibilities:

• To be involved in a wide range of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, spin-offs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, compliance advisory, restructuring and other fund raising activities);
• To fully participate and guide the juniors in the due diligence and execution processes;
• To prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials and presentations;
• Involve in evaluation and execution of client’s strategic initiatives in business expansion / restructuring and related acquisition opportunities; and
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities

Requirements:

• Professional qualification and/ or university degree in accounting or finance is preferred; CPA/ CFA holder is a plus;
• At least 6 years’ solid experience in corporate finance industry or in international accounting firm;
• Candidates with experience in handling IPO transactions in TMT/ Health Care sectors will be an advantage;
• Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required;
• Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel occasionally;
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills; and
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
