Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President for a high-impact project focused on system upgrades and modernisation in the cash equity market.

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service offerings, system performance, and scalability.
• Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements and propose solutions to mitigate risk.
• Oversee the design and validation of solutions with comprehensive business
• specifications and use cases.
• Establish and uphold communications with key stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards and the latest market landscape.
• Drive strategic and service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met within the established timelines and budget constraints.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of relevant working experience in a well-established financial
• organization. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a business analyst, project manager,
• or in a similar capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of CCASS or the cash equity market in Hong Kong or overseas
• markets is highly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
