Job Description

Developing and implementing strategic plans for corporate payment services within the banking sector.
Overseeing the design, launch, and management of payment products and solutions to meet client demands.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions with existing services.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of operational risk management.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients to understand their payment needs.
Monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in payment services.
Providing leadership and guidance to the corporate payment services team to achieve business objectives.
Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management on performance and strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in the financial services industry, particularly in banking and payment solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
Comprehensive knowledge of corporate payment services and related regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
