負責以電話或線上幫客人預約及處理投訴事項

以電話解答客人查詢

提供預約服務

職位要求 :

具1年或以上客戶服務工作經驗 (無須跑數)

良好溝通能力, 待人有禮 , 主動熱誠

流利廣東話及 英語 / 普通話(擅長其中一種語言即可)

獨家福利:

六天工作，星期六/日休息
