Job Description - Virtual Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities

Check identity document and personal account opening information provided by customer through VTM
Perform data input and complete related account opening procedures
Open personal account and answer customer enquiries on personal account opening where necessary
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Secondary education or above with minimum 1 year experience in customer service or operations/processing related to account opening
Good command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Be available for shift duty on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
