Job Description
Drive asset-raising efforts across APAC private banks, IAMs/EBs, and family offices by promoting the firm's investment solutions across public and private markets.
Strengthen and expand key intermediary relationships, serving as the primary regional contact for platform heads, product teams, discretionary PMs, and advisory specialists.
Lead product positioning and sales strategy for target client segments, articulating differentiated value propositions to drive penetration and recurring net inflows.
Develop and execute regional distribution plans, aligning with global business objectives and coordinating closely with investment, product, and marketing teams.
Identify new business opportunities, including onboarding new distribution partners, expanding shelf space, and deepening discretionary model portfolios and advisory usage.
Deliver high-quality client engagement, including investment updates, market outlooks, and portfolio discussions tailored to UHNW/HNW intermediaries.
Organize and lead roadshows, trainings, and portfolio deep-dives for private bankers, CIO offices, product forums, and investment counselors.
Provide commercial insights to product and investment teams, relaying market trends, client demand shifts, and competitor intelligence to inform product innovation.
Ensure compliant distribution activities, partnering with legal and regulatory teams across jurisdictions to maintain the highest sales and marketing standards.
Represent the firm as a senior spokesperson in APAC private wealth channels, elevating brand visibility through thought leadership, forums, and strategic engagements.
The Successful Applicant
Solid years of intermediaries distribution experience in APAC, with a strong track record covering private banks and family offices.
Deep understanding of private wealth investment behavior, including product due diligence processes, advisory model construction, and platform requirements.
Strong product knowledge across mutual funds, alternatives, multi-asset strategies, and thematic solutions; ability to translate complex investment ideas into clear narratives.
Established relationships with key private banking platforms, CIO teams, and family office investment committees across Hong Kong, Singapore, and broader APAC.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, drive commercial outcomes, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
