Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation by self-initiating and prioritizing high-impact GenAI use cases aligned with business goals, ranging from process efficiency improvements to driving business outcomes
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI use cases across DBS platforms, ensuring successful integration and operationalization
• Effectively communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders across the bank
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including but not limited to technology, data, risk management, and business teams, to define requirements, set up robust processes, uplift user experiences, and ensure timely project delivery
• Stay abreast of the latest GenAI trends, emerging technologies, and market news, providing regular updates and competitor analysis to senior management
• Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive internal staff awareness and adoption of GenAI use cases across the GTS organization
  
  Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the field of AI and Machine Learning, with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies
• Preferably with prior banking or financial services experience
• Solid experience in GenAI technologies including model development, fine-tuning, and deployment
• Demonstrated the ability to identify, prioritize and deliver high-impact GenAI use cases
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
