VP, Client Onboarding & Advisory - Private Banking

• Approve onboarding packages and enhanced due diligence for medium/high‑risk clients.
• Oversee periodic reviews, screening alerts, and ongoing monitoring.
• Review KYC maintenance and account change requests.
• Drive process optimisation, system enhancements, and UAT for AML/CFT tools.
• Act as a senior advisor to Front Office and key stakeholders.
• Provide reporting, governance support, and assist with audits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Finance/Business or related area.
• 8+ years' experience in private banking onboarding, CDD, AML/KYC.
• Strong ability to assess complex client profiles and risk scenarios.
• Solid understanding of AML/CFT, tax due diligence, and SOW verification.
• Proven stakeholder management and process improvement experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
