The Role & Landscape: This is a Junior VP-level, "player-coach" role. You will not be purely managing from the sidelines; you will be deep in the code while providing tactical leadership to a focused squad of engineers.

1. Greenfield Engineering: Lead the technical design and hands-on development of a brand-new, highly resilient trading platform for FICC and Interest Rate derivatives.
2. Full-Stack Ownership: Drive backend development utilizing modern Java and Kubernetes, while also overseeing web-based front-end integration.
3. System Resilience: Architect systems where extreme resilience, stability, and high availability are prioritized from day one to support future high-volume scaling.
4. Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with highly tenured, senior technology leadership to ensure the new product aligns with rigorous enterprise standards.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Technical Pedigree: Exceptional, hands-on background in Java and Kubernetes, coupled with practical knowledge of web-based front-end development.
2. Domain Expertise: Proven experience in enterprise systems trading environments, with strong business knowledge of FICC, Interest Rates, or OTC Derivatives.
3. Leadership: Prior experience successfully leading, mentoring, and delivering through small, high-performing agile team.
4. Cultural Resilience: You must thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and highly accountable corporate culture. We are looking for highly committed technologists who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure a flawless product launch.
