VP Front Office Business Analyst Prime Services

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives across Prime Services.
• Partner closely with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to gather requirements and drive project execution.
• Produce business requirements, perform gap analysis, and support solution design.
• Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the trade lifecycle.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders across APAC, London, and New York.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience within investment banking.
• Strong product knowledge in one or more of the following:
  • Prime Services
  • Prime Brokerage
  • Equity Financing
  • Securities Lending / Stock Borrow & Lending (SBL)
  • Repo / Repurchase Agreements
• Proven experience delivering Front Office change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, UAT, project governance, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Technical understanding of trading systems and architecture is preferred (coding experience is not required).
