VP, Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Hex Trust, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.

Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing.

Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure the highest return on investment.

Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.

Though not required, experience or a strong interest in the digital asset space would be most beneficial.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to drive decision-making.

Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
