VP, Investment Banking (Healthcare) - Asian Investment Bank

A leading Asia-focused investment bank is seeking a Vice President to join its Investment Banking Division, focusing on Healthcare . This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Head of IBD, offering strong exposure to origination and execution across complex healthcare transactions.

Responsibilities

1. Lead execution of healthcare-related transactions including IPOs, private placements, and M&A deals.
2. Work closely with senior bankers on deal origination, client pitching, and relationship management within the healthcare sector.
3. Provide in-depth industry analysis across innovative drugs, including large molecules and small molecules.
4. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
5. Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.

Requirements

1. Proven experience at the VP level within investment banking.
2. Solid track record of executing healthcare transactions, particularly within innovative drugs, large molecule, and small molecule segments.
3. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills.
4. Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
