Job Description

Managing daily middle-office operations related to fixed income, currencies, and commodities (FICC) products.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements in all processes.
Collaborating closely with front-office teams to support trading activities and mitigate operational risks.
Overseeing trade validation, confirmation, and settlement processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Providing leadership and guidance to the middle-office team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Implementing process improvements and technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Managing relationships with external counterparties, clearinghouses, and custodians.
Preparing and presenting operational reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Extensive knowledge of FICC products and middle-office operations within the Financial Services industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in banking and financial services.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with front-office and back-office teams.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Leadership experience in managing teams and driving operational improvements.
Proficiency in relevant trading and settlement systems commonly used in the industry.
