VP , Operational Risk Management (Investment Group)

Job Responsibility

* Identify and escalate operational loss events through data analysis, reporting patterns to the Operational Risk Head

* Support initiatives in Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management.

* Assist in preparing key risk indicator reports for management using diverse company data sources.

* Contribute to the annual risk and control self-assessment program, collaborating with business units to identify risks and implement controls.

* Lead the implementation of the department's Business Continuity Planning (BCP) program and business continuity tests, ensuring plans are executed on schedule and updated as needed.

* Collaborate efficiently with frontline and back-office teams to improve risk management and control measures comprehensively.

Requirements

* University or master's degree graduate is preferred

* Around 10 years' experience working in an Operational Risk Management in banking/ Investment Banking/Securities brokerage industry

Sound knowledge of Investment Banking/FICC/ Equities business is preferred

* Excellent written and spoken English and competent in written Chinese
