Job Description

Managing and supervising back office operations to ensure smooth daily functions.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Overseeing transaction processing, settlements, and reconciliation activities.
Collaborating with other departments to streamline workflows and address operational challenges.
Monitoring risk management processes and implementing necessary controls.
Preparing and presenting operational reports to senior management.
Leading and mentoring the back office team to achieve organizational goals.
