VP - Procurement Management (Aircraft Customization)

Location: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore or Dublin, Ireland
Asia-based candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Aircraft Configuration Planning & Guidance

• Monitor aircraft configuration trends and customer requirements to support aircraft acquisition and PA negotiations.


• Lead the development of baseline aircraft configurations with strong commercial value, flexibility, and customization capability.

2. Configuration Analysis & Cost Estimation Support

• Work with potential lessees to define aircraft configuration requirements.


• Provide accurate BFE/SCN cost estimates to support sales bidding activities and commercial decisions.

3. Configuration Cost & Risk Management

• Support LOI/LA negotiations on configuration-related matters.


• Manage SCN procurement activities and support BFE cost control through vendor negotiations and market benchmarking.


• Lead BFE GTA/PA negotiations, contract execution, and performance tracking.


• Manage BFE purchase orders, delivery schedules, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and quality delivery.

4. BFE Vendor Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with BFE OEMs and suppliers.


• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with vendors.

5. Supply Chain Solutions & Strategic Projects

• Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to develop innovative solutions that deliver business value, including cost savings, revenue opportunities, and enhanced support.

Qualifications & Experience -

-Min. 5-8 years in aircraft procurement, new aircraft configuration management, with a proven track record in negotiating OEM and vendor contracts.

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

- Deep understanding of BFE/SCN processes and leasing industry practices.

- Analytical mindset with ability to perform cost/benefit analysis.

- Project management capability, with experience in milestone tracking and risk mitigation.

Languages: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.
