Job Description - VP - Product Sales GTS

Description - External

Global Transaction Services (GTS) has been an award- winning market leader in providing digital cash management and trade finance solutions to clients. With the continuous growing demand for Chinese Corporates look for offshore cash management and trade finance requirements, we are hiring for a senior sales to drive transactional banking solutions with focus on Large Chinese Corporates for both domestics and network outbound across Asia

Responsibilities
  • Drive the delivery of cash management, trade, and digital solutions for Chinese enterprises to achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators that support the overall GTS business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to align on the overall customer digital and cash management business objectives, as well as customer segment targets.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to design and deliver the agreed solutions
  • Proactively generate new deals, conduct needs analysis, develop customer-focused sales presentations, deliver differentiated solutions, and conduct sales pitches to achieve the agreed revenue targets.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies for cash management and digital products and services for the designated customer and prospect base
  • Manage post-sales implementation, service delivery and handle related customer issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of the current trends and developments in the Chinese enterprise offshore growth strategy.
  • Accurately assess all deal values, balancing the need to generate positive economic profit against the deliverables.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in related disciplines with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in banking, financial institutions, fintech and procurement services
  • Strong aspiration to develop career in cash management and trade finance solutions. Prior exposure on reinvoicing center, procurement center, corporate treasury would be an advantage
  • Experience in cash management, trade, and digital solutions for Chinese enterprises
  • Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed, and a flair for customer facing solutioning and selling
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and consultative solutioning skills, able to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Cantonese will be an advantage
