VP, Settlement (Virtual Asset)

Position: VP, Settlement (Virtual Assets)

Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute daily settlement operations for tokenized products, including token creation/redemption, trade settlement, and reconciliation; proactively resolve issues to enhance operational efficiency and minimize disruptions.

Manage end-to-end digital asset lifecycles across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate transaction processing and maintaining comprehensive records.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to strengthen compliance controls, including KYC/AML/KYT/KYA, Travel Rule, and market abuse surveillance.

Support digital asset issuance projects, system UAT/deployment, and other ad-hoc new initiatives as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, or operations within financial services, fintech, or crypto-related sectors.

Solid knowledge of fiat and cryptocurrency payment flows, blockchain ledger mechanics, and asset tokenization processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and a systematic approach to issue resolution.

Familiarity with AML/KYC/KYT/KYA principles, Travel Rule compliance, and market surveillance requirements relevant to digital asset businesses.
