Job Description - VP/Director, Business Management



Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑functional transformation programs, including strategic business initiatives, regulatory change, and process or infrastructure optimisation.
  • Manage and deliver complex market initiatives - beginning with low‑touch business programs - across the full project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project governance forums, including preparing materials, documenting actions, and coordinating with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective governance and robust internal controls are integrated into all change initiatives.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to enhance organisational processes that support business growth and cost efficiency.



Skills & Experience

  • University degree or higher.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
  • Extensive business management experience within global markets, with a proven track record leading cross‑border and cross‑functional programs such as process re‑engineering and electronic trading platform implementations.
