VP/Director, FICC - Bond Derivatives Trader

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pricing derivative products, including FX, Rates and Credit vanilla and structured derivatives
2. Assisting senior trader to monitor and manage risk of derivative trading books
3. To closely work with Sales and Structuring team to develop new product and to assist with the approval process
4. To optimize internal system for trade booking, reconciliation, risk reporting etc.
5. To liaise with Risk, Operations, Finance and Compliance to comply with regulation and internal policies

Qualification:

1. Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (CFA/FRM a plus).
2. At least 7 years’ experience in major financial institution derivative trading desk or relevant function
3. A good understanding of derivative pricing and products
4. Programming skill in VBA, SQL, Python is a plus
