Job Description - VP/Director, multi asset structuring

  1. the Structurer is responsible for customizing complex financial instruments to meet the specific needs of clients, involving activities such as marketing derivatives products, providing market analysis and trading ideas, offering indicative pricing, and delivering structured product solutions.
  2. This role includes collaborating with sales teams, traders, and risk managers to design and implement innovative strategies that align with the risk tolerance, investment goals, and market perspectives of clients.
  3. The position demands a strong understanding of derivatives, financial markets, and quantitative modeling, alongside strong analytical skills, creativity, and effective communication abilities to engage with clients, enhance client service systems, and coordinate global business strategies.
  1. Fluency in both English and Chinese.
  2. Preferable to have 5 years’ experience in Structuring Roles.
  3. A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
