The Role

VP/ED/MD, Signing Principal RO, IBD

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the design and execution of Hong Kong capital market projects, including but not limited to private placements, Hong Kong IPOs, placements, rights issues, and mergers and acquisitions involving Hong Kong listed companies;
• Cooperate with the global Coverage center, various sector teams and various product departments to provide support for customer marketing;
• Organize and arrange business capability improvement plans for investment banking department employees, and enhance employees' understanding of the industry, products and regulatory policies through training and other means.

Skills & Experience

• Signing Principal Qualification under SFC;
• Bachelor or Master degree holders in Finance, Business or Economics from reputable universities;
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking;
• Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Good analytical and quantitative skills; Team player with good communication skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
