VP/SVP, Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking (China MME)

Required Skills:

• 5-7 years of commercial banking experience, with a focus on China commercial clients
• Strong credit analysis skills and hands-on experience in deposit acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client management abilities
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is essential
• Ability to structure banking solutions, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate onboarding
• Effective communication with US and China teams to facilitate cross-border services
• Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and compliance standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Qualification with Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF)
• Experience working within multicultural and cross-regional teams
• Familiarity with industries such as real estate, private equity, high-tech, or entertainment
• Additional language skills or regional market expertise

Preferred Education and Experience:

• University degree in finance, business, or related fields
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing corporate banking relationships in China
• Proven ability to work independently, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
