One-Eight-One Hotel & Serviced Residences is a new brand that is set to rock the hospitality scene in Hong Kong.
Operated by One-Eight-One Hospitality Management Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of HK-listed conglomerate - Liu Chong Hing Investment Limited ), this property is located in Western District and commands panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. The 182-room hotel and serviced residences is now looking for energetic and service-oriented individuals to join our Team .
The One-Eight-One brand is focused on consistently high-quality guest experience. Whether our guests are in town for a short business trip, a shopping spree or longer stays, we want to offer them a Home Away From Home through attentive service and familiar smiles amidst warm and cozy interior settings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist the Assistant/Restaurant Manager to run the daily operations of the Restaurant
2. Ensure first class service and food & beverage offerings to in room guests to maximize outlet profits and guest satisfaction
3. Greets guest at the table promptly and informs them of specials and promotional menu, makes suggestions and answers questions regarding food, beverages and service
4. Takes orders from guests and relays the order to kitchen staff and bartender as appropriate
5. Keeps a discreet eye on the guests to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service, to respond to any additional requests and to determine when the course/meal has been completed
6. Proceed the billing procedure for the guests at the end of the meal
7. Sets up tables for each course according to the outlet standards
8. Assists with stocking the work stations, polishing silverware from table, return the soiled linen, restocking the clean linen and folding napkins
9. Keeps abreast of the food and beverage promotions, new menu items daily specials, and other relevant information for the outlet guests
10. Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, briefings, training sessions and any related activities
REQUIREMENTS
1. Hotel school graduate or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Restaurant
2. Basic knowledge all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service
3. Proficient in spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua/ other foreign language would be an advantage
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Runner
