Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations (2nd shift: 14:00 - 23:00)
• Manage and lead warehouse team which can work towards the target
• Investigate and follow up operational issues and execute action plans to improve warehouse efficiency
• Monitor manpower allocation and operation control of all warehouse staff
• Prepare reports and data analysis for management review
• Monitor inbound receiving, picking, packaging and labelling
• Review warehouse procedures and provide recommendations
• Ensure a high level of morale and productivity

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4-5 years hands-on experience in warehouse & logistics operation in which 5 years at supervisory level
• Good communication, problem solving and decision-making skill
• Flexible, team work oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficiency with ERP systems is preferred
• Candidates with less expereince will be considered as Assistant Warehouse Supervisor
