CICC Wealth Management (WM) provides high net-worth clients with a broad spectrum of wealth management solutions including securities trading, various investment and financing products. This position is within the WM operation team to support HK Wealth management group for operational tasks, including but not limited to:
Job Description:
Act as primary contact with clients, handle and follow up clients’ enquiries on account opening, trading platform and general enquiries with professional manner;
Participate in the standardization of customer service systems and assist in building intelligence client service solutions;
Review the daily operating procedures to comply with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements;
Solicit feedback from clients to improve operating procedures and system enhancements to reduce redundancy, improve efficiency and effectiveness;
Participate in projects for building and maintaining online channels and take UAT on system enhancements;
Recommends and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of client services and related systems
Handle Ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
Degree holder or above in Business or related discipline;
Qualified to be registered as a licensed person type 1 under SFC in dealing securities is an advantage;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Patient and responsible, able to multi-tasking;
Good command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred;
Proficient in PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
