What You’ll Do and What Success Looks Like

• Execute credit assessments, approve facilities/renewals/limit changes within delegated authority, and escalate complex cases with clear recommendations.


• Analyze customer profiles, transaction flows, cash flows, cross-border repayment data, and platform metrics (e.g., Amazon SC/VC) to assess and mitigate risks.


• Recommend credit limits, pricing, collateral, and tenors aligned with risk policy, portfolio strategy, and business objectives.


• Ensure accurate implementation of approved terms in core banking and credit systems, maintaining data integrity.


• Perform ongoing portfolio monitoring, periodic reviews, early warning detection, and trigger remedial actions like collections or restructuring.


• Drive compliance with internal policies, HKMA regulations, and audit requirements; contribute to process automation and digital credit operations.
  

What is Required and What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.


• 3+ years in credit analysis, approval, or operations within digital banking, fintech, or trade/e-commerce financing (cross-border experience preferred).


• Familiarity with trade finance instruments, e-commerce seller risks, and cross-border transaction dynamics.


• Sound risk judgment, execution discipline, and ability to make balanced decisions under time pressure.


• Proactive contributor to process improvements and scalable operations in a fast-paced environment.


• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
