About the Role:

• We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our cross-border e-commerce financing products. You will design and deliver integrated financing solutions for sellers on platforms such as Amazon, empowering business growth through product innovation, data-driven insights, and agile operation.

What You’ll Do and What Success Looks Like

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-border e-commerce financing products under Trade and Supply Chain Finance, from product vision and roadmap to launch and ongoing enhancement.


• Design customer-centric, end-to-end journeys and solutions (e.g. SC/VC financing, import/export trade finance, receivables/settlement financing), translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and process flows.


• Drive cross-functional delivery by partnering with technology, risk, operations, compliance, legal, finance, and treasury, overseeing testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness to ensure smooth product rollout.


• Co-design risk, credit, and governance frameworks tailored to cross-border e-commerce sellers, embedding regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements into policies, procedures, and product documentation.


• Support commercialisation by developing product playbooks, sales tools, training materials, and go-to-market plans, and by providing product expertise in client discussions and deal structuring.


• Build and maintain data-driven monitoring and dashboards, track key KPIs, analyse customer and portfolio performance, and drive continuous optimisation of product features, policies, and pricing to achieve business and risk objectives.

What is Required and What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline


• At least 4 years of experience in fintech, trade and supply chain finance, cross-border financing, or unsecured lending product management; experience with SME or cross-border seller segments is preferred.


• Hands-on experience in cross-border e-commerce ecosystems (e.g. Amazon SC/VC or similar platforms) or SME import/export financing projects, with understanding of industry value chain, data flows, and risk characteristics.


• Proven track record in driving products from 0 to 1, including product concepting, requirement writing, solution design, and cross-functional delivery.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
