Job Description - WeLab Bank - Senior Manager, Growth & Customer (Mainland Chinese Visitors MCV Segment)

About You:

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:



  • Lead product vision, roadmap, and execution for the MCV segment, aligning with overall business goals and market trends

  • Conduct deep market research and customer insights analysis to identify opportunities and pain points for Mainland visitors using Hong Kong digital banking services

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, digital, business intelligence, tech and operation —to deliver seamless product experiences

  • Develop and implement targeted go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns with the MCV team, measuring success through KPIs and iterating based on data

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance product offerings and expand customer reach

  • Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and competitiveness

  • Champion a customer-centric approach, collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the MCV user journey and satisfaction

  • Use data analytics to drive decision-making, optimize product performance, and report progress to senior leadership



What is required and what we’re looking for:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

  • At least 8 years in product management or marketing within banking, fintech, or related sectors

  • Deep understanding of Hong Kong’s digital banking ecosystem and Mainland Chinese visitor behaviors

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Agile, innovative mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Proven track record in managing partnerships and driving cross-functional collaboration

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus

  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Manager
