About You

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Handle all types of payment service including but not limited to ATM, FPS, SWIFT and RTGS


• Perform daily reconciliation to identify, follow or escalate exceptional, outstanding or suspicious case.


• Handle and respond request from internal or external, e.g.,  FPS Mis-transfer of funds and/or debit card chargeback/dispute request


• Ensure operational processes are in full compliance with the Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements


• Participate in projects on new process/service development, automation of new process and system enhancement/UAT to improve operational efficiency
  

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• Diploma or above


• Good knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements


• Good communication and problem-solving skills


• Fresh graduate or less experience will be considered as Officer


• Good verbal and written English and Chinese


• Organized, responsible and keen for improvement opportunity


• 2- 3 years’ experience in banking field. Knowledge and experience in FPS, SWIFT and RTGS operations is highly preferred.
