What you’ll do and what success looks like:

• Lead and energize WeLab Group’s PR and communications strategy across all our business units


• Craft thought leadership content—speeches, presentations, stories—that showcase Welab’s mission to redefine finance and technology


• Partner with our senior leaders, helping them deliver bold, impactful messages that inspire both inside and outside the company


• Drive media interviews and events that put Welab’s vision and people in the spotlight


• Grow and nurture strong relationships with top-tier media in finance, business, and tech, always seeking new opportunities to tell our story


• Tackle media enquiries and coordinate press materials, interviews, and forums with a Welab touch—agile, creative, and on-brand


• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to create a vibrant PR calendar, from speaking gigs to social events, amplifying our brand everywhere

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above. 12+ years of experience in PR or communications, ideally in fast-moving, tech-driven environments


• A multitasking problem-solver who thrives on change and loves a challenge


• Entrepreneurial, creative, and ready to run with new ideas


• Confident advising senior leaders and shaping communications at the highest level


• Experience in banking or tech is a big plus


• Outstanding written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong advantage
