Wholesale Marketing Manager - HSBC Global Asset Management

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Wholesale Marketing Manager.

In this role you will:

• Drive marketing initiatives for external wholesale distribution and ETF/passive space in order to increase the market share of HSBC Asset Management
• Plan and execute campaigns via media, website, events, collaterials, eDM, etc. to raise the profile of HSBC Asset Management and its solutions
• Understand the needs of Wholesale Team and ETF Sales Team to provide targeted marketing solutions by working very closely with the teams
• Measure and manage the costs, effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities
• Build relationships with Investment Team, Compliance Team, Product Marketing Team, etc. to ensure marketing activities are smoothly delivered
• Partner with Corp. Comms. Team to identify external and internal publicity opportunities
• Manage external vendors such as agencies, media planner, production houses and printers
• Ensure Global Standards are being practised and complied in day-to-day initiatives
• Be the project manager to ensure deliverables are accurate and in a timely fashion

To be successful you will need:

• University graduate
• At least 8 years' mutual fund marketing experience, less experience is also considered for Assistant Manager title
• Well-rounded marketing skill across broad marketing mix (ATL, BTL, digital, event, etc.)
• Good knowledge of regulations in mutual funds and/or ETFs
• In-depth product knowledge of mutual funds and/or ETF as well as the marketing landscape
• Excellent communications skill - written and oral English and Chinese
• Good inter-personal skill. Ability to work with teams of different background
• Strong project management skill, deadline and detailed-oriented
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
